Job Description: • Prepare finished raw materials in liquid form into storage tanks • Check raw material samples in the laboratory to determine whether the raw materials are suitable for processing. • Check all machines are in good condition and trouble-free before heating. • Start the machine by checking the burner, rotary, cyclone, lower pressure pump (LPP), high pressure pump (HPP), hammer, chamber, chiller, and nozzles. • Determine machine settings while the machine is running. • Ensure the raw material flows smoothly through the nozzles so that the liquid raw material can be turned into powder. • Raw materials that have been dried into powder are collected in a tote bin and samples are taken every few tens of minutes. • Send samples to the laboratory. The results are reported in the production records and then adjusted to the specified specifications, such as density, flow, floating sediment, pH, and color. • Store the processed results in the tote bin, then arrange them in the storage area and record the identity of the tote bin containing them. Tote bin number, weight, specifications, and the operator on duty • Clean the finished machine using a process known as Clean In-Place (CIP), which aims to clean the inside of the pipes, tanks, chambers, nozzles, and filters • Monitor the smooth running of the CIP process by ensuring the hot water in the steam maintains a constant temperature, keeping the water valve open, and monitoring the strength of the water jet flowing through the nozzle.
