All-round execution of sponsoring collaborations through acquisition and deal-negotiation, strategic planning of social media and online-visibility services, branding production and on-point offline positioning.

Planning and developing sponsorship services in coordination with all XLETIX sub-teams, building relationships with new and long-standing partners, and organising many other large and small projects were just some of my daily tasks during my first year at XLETIX.

For the first time during my internship at foodspring, I had the opportunity to work with several country managers and follow the development of different projects and activations. Italian, German, English and a bit of Spanish and French were never missing during my days in the office. Thanks to the diverse and multicultural Brand Activation team, I was able to learn many different skills and approaches to work and project management.

At the Expo per lo Sport, a sports promotion event for children aged between 5 and 14 organised by DNA Sport Consulting, I had the role of Venue Manager, responsible for one of the event's many locations spread across Milan. In my location, the children were able to practise various disciplines under the guidance of sports professionals.

At the Varese Convention & Visitors Bureau, I had the opportunity to contribute to the organisation and development of the World and European Rowing Championships, which took place during my internship. This gave me the opportunity to take a further step into the world of mega sporting events. Throughout my internship I also helped with updating the website and social media, as well as planning other smaller side events.

My internship at Fodazione Cortina for the World Ski Championships was a truly interesting and exciting experience. Being able to take part in the organisation of such a major event made me want to explore the world of sports events even more. During my brief internship, I had the opportunity to visit and observe various sub-teams working towards their ultimate achievement, as well as gaining a better understanding of how a great venue like Cortina can function.
