I didn't plan to become a Web3 entrepreneur. I planned to spend a career in logistics — and I did, for over 15 years.I led commercial teams at Maersk, Kuehne+Nagel, C.H. Robinson, and OIA... building vertical markets across retail and lifestyle throughout APAC. Working at that scale — across borders, sectors, and enterprise organisations — taught me how traditional industries are actually structured, where trust breaks down, and where the real inefficiencies live.That knowledge is what eventually pulled me toward Web3.Not the speculation. The infrastructure. The possibility of rebuilding how assets are recorded, credentials are verified, carbon is accounted for, and value moves across institutions that have never quite trusted each other.Today I work at the intersection of AI and blockchain — leading a group of Web3 companies delivering real-world solutions across logistics, education, sports, and government. The work ranges from tokenizing real assets for listed companies, to building certification systems on-chain, to developing ESG and carbon credit platforms with major energy partners. Across all of it, the through line is the same: making these technologies work within the constraints of real industries, real regulations, and real decision-makers.The technology changes.
