Inspector, In-process Auditor and Interim QA Supervisor are positions held while employed with Standard Textile (Pridecraft Division), although Document Control Specialist position was held for the majority of employment time.

Photo sessions included outdoor high school senior portraits, family portraits, weddings, engagement photos, etc. Although it was a part-time business, it provided a great opportunity to expand my knowledge about photography and to improve my people skills by working with a wide range of clients with different personalities and lifestyles.

Moderator across various boards on this internationally-known and respected Quality and Business Forums website. Duties/responsibilities of moderators and super-moderators included assisting members/visitors with questions related to my areas of expertise and knowledge, monitoring threads for appropriate content, placement of posts to relevant boards and moving threads as needed for best exposure in searches, and reporting/reviewing/deleting posts that were in violation of ToS.

Common Ground was a locally-published magazine, unique to the Wiregrass Region of southeast Alabama, northwest Florida and southwest Georgia and geared to its conservative Christian audience. We covered news stories which we felt were of importance in our country at the time, as well as local church events. The articles I wrote included topics such as the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), partial-birth abortion, and a rally that was held on the state capital steps in Montgomery, Alabama. I also had a phone interview with then-U.S. Representative Terry Everett (R), who was a businessman from Enterprise, AL, which was published in one of the magazine's issues.

Success in creating, implementing, and managing a solid and compliant supplier quality management program which includes supplier audits, supplier corrective action requests, supplier change notification process, and developing the forms and procedures necessary for each of these processes. Partnering with the procurement group to evaluate suppliers by use of supplier scorecards and any issues discovered before, during or after the production process. Last, but not least, partnering with suppliers to improve products and processes that will ultimately be beneficial, profitable and successful for both parties.
