I give 5-10 talks/month, worldwide. My talks and workshops focus on entrepreneurship, product management, product strategy, branding, culture and leadership. As an adviser, I work with product leaders at Reddit, Experticity, NatureBox, Metromile, Life360, NerdWallet, ClassDojo, Udemy, and SVAcademy.

Each year, we invite 120 product leaders to a two-day event to connect. The event is designed for VPs, Heads of Product, and Director-level product leaders who work at large organizations. Based on 1,000 applications, we build a class of product leaders that's 50/50 male/female and 20% black/Latinx.

In three day/week role, I develop an innovation capability at this $100M+ revenue startup whose mission is to provide clarity for life's financial decisions. Transitioned to board observer, January 2017, after helping to recruit full-time Chief Product Officer. IPO in December 2021.

Metromile is a pay-per-mile car insurance startup. Provided product leadership in a three/day week interim role as CEO recruited a full-time product leader. Company sold to Lemonade (LMND) in 2022.

With nearly 100 million monthly active users, Life360 is the largest family network on mobile. Focused on growing product and team in three day/week role. IPO in 2019 (LIF). Now an advisor, focused on helping the company to define, edit, and live their culture.

Built textbook rental, eTextbook, homework help, scholarship, and college admission services for college and high school students. Achieved NPS of 80 while saving students $500M/year. Over three years, achieved 5x revenue growth to $250M/year, culminating in IPO 11/2013. Transitioned to advisor in 2015.

Helped Netflix grow from 1M to 20M members. Focused on delivering simple, highly personalized DVD & streaming via website, mobile and TV-connected devices. Optimized customer and shareholder value via consumer science techniques.

- Ran product for neuroperformance startup (Epoch Innovations). - Interim GM for a NYC startup (Space.com, Imaginova).

Executive team member responsible for website development for an Accel e-commerce startup that became #2 children's online retailer. After acquisition of FamilyWonder.com by SEGA, ran product for SEGA.com.

Entrepreneurship Prize for educational startup plan and prototypes.

Four-year member of Varsity Ski Team. Managed sailing school startup during year-off from school.
