Responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join MarshBerry. Partnered with hiring managers to support their hiring needs through managing the full cycle recruiting process for positions across the organization. Assisted with developing and executing the hiring strategy to support MarshBerry’s growth initiatives. Identified qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing utilizing innovative techniques to identify candidates for current and future openings.

Source talented, qualified, and diverse candidates through innovative strategies to develop a strong technical talent (Technical (IoT/Cloud), Engineering, Product, Digital. Pipeline for current and future needs. Build and maintain relationships for on-going collaboration through college relations and local user groups, professional organizations, etc. Manage interviews utilizing appropriate selection processes, including debrief meetings. Direct the administration of candidate offers and on-boarding pre-employment processes. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to prepare and execute high-impact pipeline and search strategies for technical positions with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. Lead the development activities, training, and improvement efforts related to talent sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed, Boolean sourcing etc. Participate and/or lead talent acquisition projects and initiatives across the enterprise to drive innovation and continuous improvement, including managing metrics, evaluating tools and systems; and sharing best practices.

Successfully launched a new office location for the organization and built a high-performing team of recruiters. Consistently delivered top-tier candidates to hiring managers, achieving an exceptional submittal-to-offer ratio. Utilized a diverse range of advanced sourcing techniques, including Google Boolean searches, .doc/.pdf resume extractions, web scrapers, X-ray and flip searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume alerts, professional networks, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry group memberships, and attendance at networking events. Served as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and C-suite executives, providing consultative guidance on the recruitment and hiring process for roles in software engineering, AI/ML/NLP, mobile development, ERP, and product development. Implemented and executed innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent.
