I'm working as Vice President in Prelios’ UTP division, the unit is specialized in management the UTP credits and Debt Restructuring. This job allows me to cultivate my strong passion in banking, financial markets and in the entire field of corporate finance and restructuring practice. My previous job experience at Equity Factory S.r.l., that is an independent financial boutique specialized in M&A and Corporate Finance to SMEs and Private Equity funds, has allowed me to have a solid knowledge base in the advisory's playground. Previously I’ve accomplished an internship at Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A., during which I was in charge of debtor management tasks and the analysis of the exposures that the bank had toward them. I’m graduated in Banking Financial Markets & Corporate Finance at Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC, I’ve followed a trained and professional course focused on financial markets, corporate finance and the analysis of business processes related to it.
