With experience in technical service and after-sales management at VinFast, along with hands-on experience in EV service operations, I aim to further develop my career as an EV Charging Engineer, focusing on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electric vehicle charging systems. My goal is to contribute to improving charging infrastructure reliability, enhancing service quality, and ensuring efficient technical support for customers and partners. Through practical experience and continuous improvement, I have achieved First Prize – Outstanding Technician Competition (April 2023) and received the Advanced Leadership Award (2024), demonstrating my technical capability, problem-solving skills, and leadership mindset. I am committed to supporting the sustainable development of electric vehicle ecosystems and related charging infrastructure.
