Managed operations during Gojek’s early growth, addressing supply constraints while supporting rapid expansion to 50 cities across Indonesia. Streamlined driver recruitment and scaled capacity 20x, while establishing initial operational setup and supply in new cities before transitioning to local city managers.

Pioneered GoBox operations in Jakarta and led expansion to major cities across Indonesia. Built and managed driver supply through partnerships with truck drivers and owners while ensuring service quality through standardization, training, and community engagement. Scaled the service to 16 cities with 5,000+ driver partners supporting stable marketplace supply.
