• Interact with clients, analyze end user requirements and developing technical solutions. Create, evaluate and select appropriate design alternatives which meet requirements and are consistent with standards and processes. • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources such as Oracle and MS SQL Server database and flat files into the Qlik application. Create data marts and QVDs by extracting data from multiple database using SQL functions and stored procedures. Develop and modify existing codes. Participate in the UAT process along with business users. • Schedule the automation of Qlik jobs using Qlik Management Console. Migrate code across development, system integration, UAT and production environments. • Aid CargoWise1 solutions engineers by creating customized reports and provide transactional information from database.

• Reviews high-level business user requirements (BUR). Gathers, consolidates and analyzes detailed BURs from sponsor, stakeholders, and SMEs. Conducts BUR walkthrough sessions with sponsor, stakeholders, SMEs and project team. Prepares detailed BUR documentation and ensures that all requirements are captured at the proper level of detail and within the prescribed standards/guidelines. Ensures that all detailed BUR artifacts are delivered within project timelines. • Obtains sign-off of detailed BUR from all required signatories. Provides status updates to project manager for monitoring of BUR-related activities. Provides support to the respective teams for BUR clarification during development and testing phases. Resolves issues related to business requirements, by liaising with stakeholders/SMEs and affected teams. Maintains requirements clarification log and ensures that all items are monitored and closed. Reviews and provides feedback on traceability of BUR to technical/testing artifacts. • Monitors changes to requirements scope and maintains change request (CR) log. Gathers and analyzes detailed requirements for change requests. Prepares documentation of change requests and obtains sign-off of CR from all required signatories.

* Prepare Cruise and Casino Sales PCD and NTR annual budget and relative updates as needed * Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Management reports on Pax load, Cruise and Casino Revenue related reports * Respond to and analyse Adhoc Reports requested by Senior Management, Cruise and Casino Sales * Monitor competitor activities to be used in revenue data analysis * Ensure all StarRes Reservation Data, Promotional References and Itinerary Information is consolidated correctly and logically. Understand the business and data relationship of the source of information to ensure data integrity. * Maintain, Support, Develop and Design QlikView Cruise Business Intelligence dashboard * Maintain Cruise Revenue data for SAP Business Warehouse, such as Homeports, Market, and Passenger Nationality. * Coordinate with SAP application Engineers to ensure that Cruise Revenue data, particularly Pax Load and Revenue, in Business Warehouse are complete and accurate. * Review Booking Data and Forecast Cruise Revenue by analysing Booking Trends / Seasonality from multiple booking segments, distribution channels and countries to enhance business development. * Provide Training and Support to Sales and Marketing users to understand the Management Reports and Cruise Revenue Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards. * Review CPRO Forecasts and suggest Forecast Influences, sponsorships and censorships as needed * Perform CPRO Testing prior to CPRO version upgrade * Carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed.

* Responsible for production and delivery of regular reports whenever relevant. * Can do simple development work including but not limited to accommodating revisions and additions to existing reports whenever the need arises. * Able to troubleshoot, identify root cause/s and establish improvement initiatives on basis of these. * Able to identify and confidently use the appropriate Maersk Line system as per stakeholder requirements/ objectives. * Initiate and implement yield projects that innovate financial-based decision making * Provide reliable and eye-opening insight that support objectives of Financial Business Partners * Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders through constant communication and business partnering. * Manage stakeholder issues and expectations and recommend possible solutions. * Facilitate planned and impromptu discussions, GEMBA, and VF presentations among others for both internal and external audience. * Proactively look for efficiency in new and existing reports and processes including but not limited to application of macros, database applications, and statistical software resulting to FTE savings or process simplification.

* Collect, analyze, process and upload large amounts of complex port-to-port tariffs for Ocean Freight (FCL and LCL) on a regular basis ranging from daily to monthly. * Performs quality and timely upload of standard and other product campaign Air Freight tariffs in application every month. * Regular update of country specific local charges for Import and Export including but not limited to cartage rates and zip/zone codes. * Process update of Truck rates for Intra Asia trade. * Provide 2nd level troubleshooting for user related incident, such as access privilege, application id & password, new user, application administration etc. * Communicate with Project stakeholders and Country Pricing teams regarding day-to-day issues. * Monthly maintenance of performance dashboard report of all work streams

* Provides a consistent and reliable ocean rates databank for A.P. Moller Maersk Group users across all business units by ensuring rate maintenance is done on a regular basis whenever changes occur. * Responsible for the maintenance of MARS (Maersk Tariff Rates databank) by updating and processing of tariffs given by Key Client Managers. * Extract vessel routing in MePC (Maersk Electronic Product Catalogue) using MS Excel macro extraction tool. * Update online communication matrix as and when there are revisions. * Establish a close link with Key Client Managers (KCM) for constant updates and coordinate key activities between the main stakeholders. * Timely communication of issues with customers to keep the tariffs as accurate as possible. * Setting up an efficient process to update and maintain tariffs for all trade lanes for Maersk Line, Safmarine and MCC Transport. * Works with team members within the process parameters (IOP/SOP). * Rules and tariff maintenance. * Contract and Tender management. * Contract Assessment.
