Finmasi Group – Steel, Sensors, PCB, Hotel&Restaurant, Services Responsible for Supporting Services and Member of the Board of Directors Dec. 2011 – 28 Feb. 2021 Report directly to the President. Member of the Board of Directors with the wider powers of attorney after the President, member of the Finmasi Group Strategic Comitee. Responsible at Group level of Accounting, Finance, Control, Human Resources, IT and Marketing Communication. Responsible for the Planning and Managing of the Group Financial Strategy, of the Group Consolidated Financial Statement and of the Quartely Reports for the financial partners and the control commitees. During this period Finmasi Group registered a big development from several points of view, increasing also reputation and visibility. In the same period Finmasi Group made two acquisitions and established four new companies (two of them in China). Finmasi Group, M.D. Micro Detectors S.p.A. and Cistelaier S.p.A. During this experience I was mainly focused on accounting audit but I did also due diligences, fraud investigations, teaching and consulting services. When I left the Company, I was Senior Manager.
