I have over than 15 years of experience in Chemical Laboratories, especially in analysis on food matrices. Since 2013 I work for a company that operates in the food flavor industry. I have deep knowledge in the use, maintenance and method development on instruments such as GC-MS, HS-SPME-GC-MS, GC-FID, UHPLC, UHPLC-MS. I am currently in charge of the analytical division of the R&D department of the company I work for.
