- Supervise the activities of eight team members (seven supply chain staff members and one purchasing administrator) involved in supply chain operations, distribution, and logistics, to ensure the consistent availability of stock across all branches. - Review and process third-party logistics payment requests prior to submission to the Finance Department for further action. - Review reports from routine stock opname results (conducted daily and weekly) for each branch. - Perform system checks on aging inventory, and coordinate with each branch's operational managers to follow up on sales plans for each item. - Assess the warehouse manpower requirements of each branch to ensure the efficient execution of daily inbound and outbound stock operations. - Conduct thorough reviews of all purchasing documents received from suppliers. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the manager. - Analyzed policies and optimized procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.

- Coordinate with the Operational Manager to maintain warehouse stock levels in line with buffer stock requirements, initiate purchase requests, and ensure the timely arrival of stock deliveries. - Collaborate with the Head of Warehouse to conduct daily and weekly stock opname, ensuring the accuracy of inventory quantities, and the condition of each item in the warehouse. - Verify that the quantity and condition of each item entering the warehouse matches the order specifications, and then input the data into the system. - Submit payment requests related to the procurement of goods, and the utilization of third-party logistics services.

- Support Project Leader and Co-Leader to oversee the development project and implementation of the Smart Sales & Distribution system (Smart PBF) - Participate in monitoring and analyzing business processes that can be optimized and help analyze the entire series of related business process flows - Assist in the preparation of qualification documentation and validation of the development of the Smart Sales & Distribution system (Smart PBF) - Arranging the implementation of meetings and discussions needed related to the Smart PBF project and the preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MoM) - Assist the Project Leader and Co-Leader to compile reports related to the Smart PBF project status in writing and periodically (daily/weekly/monthly) to the project leader and the Director of Transformation & Digital
