• Develop and implement the network and infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to execute project plans effectively. • Configure and deploy network devices, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and security standards. • Lead a team of network engineers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as system administrators, security specialists, and application developers, to ensure effective integration and optimal performance of the network and infrastructure. • Evaluate and select vendors for network hardware, software, and services. • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network and infrastructure configurations, procedures, and diagrams. • Generate regular reports on network performance, capacity utilization, security incidents, and infrastructure-related metrics for management and stakeholders.
