My roles involve building a high performance marketing team, leading the rebranding and integrated marketing efforts, heading the design function to ensure the touchpoints are creatively elevated across and on brand, running communications to raise the brand's reputation within the industry and engage the customers, and driving sales enablement efforts while launching new product campaigns to drive growth. As an F&B sector lead, I help brands to: i) Build trust and reputation via engagement and communications activity ii) Protect reputation through crafting crisis management playbook and approach, organising national and regional senior management crisis workshops and managing issues as it happens iii) Drive brand/consumer storytelling and activation iv) Drive engagement and conversion through social commerce (connecting social content and e-commerce strategy) v) Create strategies to activate consumer-focused sustainability initiatives vi) Demonstrate the impact of brand and communication initiatives metrics

Joined a boutique agency specialising in regulatory engagement, government relations and crisis management. Learnt about the lobbying efforts and campaigns in the EU and US. Also managed the Singapore office.

Worked across a variety of sectors such as F&B, Financial, Tech etc. while pursuing works with creative and digital elements to help brands earn the right attention. One of the projects received a Bronze for Best B2B PR Campaign, Marketing PR Awards 2017.

Spearheaded the set up of the HK office to grow the agency's presence in the region - from finding WIFI hotspots to gaining client's trust in a new market. Advised global and asian firms on regional strategic communication initiatives and activities to build stronger brand equity.

Served as an interim head for the Asian headquarter, and gained good experience in the early stage of my career. Subsequently gained regional exposure, by leading and executing regional campaigns for global clients across 10 cities in APAC (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Brunei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, New Delhi, Mumbai, Tokyo and Sydney).
