Support implementation of global / regional material group strategies in close cooperation with regional lead buyers. • Identify and implement bundling opportunities of country-specific purchase volumes & national suppliers in order to improve purchase prices and conditions. • Standardize national materials, products, services and purchase processes across all BUs. Extend cross-BU coordination within a country for non-BU specific volumes. • Review and approve major national sourcing decisions in accordance with the NPM signature policy. • Ensure and coordinate national reporting. Report and present strategy, actions and results to regional NPM management. • Organize regular meetings & communication with : National purchasing teams Main A-suppliers National plant management • Harmonize processes (eg. intensify usage of e-procurement), avoid duplication of activities and reduce administrative efforts.

Country Purchasing Organization Managers are leading the national Non Production Material purchasing functions across all national business units. They ensure bundling and coordination of country-specific purchase volumes and national suppliers. Typical duties and competencies consist of, but are not limited to, the following: - Functional lead of national Non Production Material purchasing functions across all business unit within a country. - Set up and coordinate implementation of national material group strategies. - Support implementation of global / regional material group strategies in close cooperation with regional lead buyers. - Identify and implement bundling opportunities of country-specific purchase volumes & national suppliers in order to improve purchase prices and conditions. - Standardize national materials, products, services and purchase processes across all business units. - Define, optimize and release national supplier panels. - Ensure master contracts are closed with national suppliers; participate in main negotiations. - Review and approve major national sourcing decisions in accordance with the Non Production Material signature policy. - Ensure and coordinate national reporting and present strategy, actions and results to regional management. - Ensure master data accuracy. - Harmonize processes, avoid duplication of activities and reduce administrative efforts.

- Electronic components buyer for Europe, Asia and North America - Maintaining a good relation with the suppliers equal with assuring the needs of the company - Processing orders sent to suppliers according to internal procedures - Orders confirmations, contracts and negotiating quantities and payment terms - Weekly orders MRP - ERP - Costing analysis and implementing corrective actions - Following to an action plan for good development of production and achieving company needs
