My experience combines hands-on operational expertise in running polymer production units with leading start-up readiness for new assets, ensuring safe commissioning, operational discipline, and a smooth transition into stable operations. Alongside my technical role, I lead strategic youth and capability-building initiatives. As Chair of the Borouge Youth Committee, I drive governance, visibility, and growth programs that support national talent and align with Borouge and ADNOC’s broader strategic priorities. I also serve on the ADNOC Youth Changemaker Council, contributing to initiatives that empower more than 21,000 young professionals across the value chain. Serving on ADNOC’s highest youth-governance body, responsible for guiding the strategic direction and development of more than 24,000 young professionals across HQ, operating companies, and site operations.
