Recognised as the first UAE National female Operations Engineer in Borouge’s history, paving the way for increased female representation in site-based technical roles. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Ensured safe and reliable operation of production units through continuous monitoring of process parameters and equipment performance. • Executed field operations and coordinated closely with panel operators during normal operations, start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response. • Supported troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve process deviations and enhance equipment reliability. • Contributed to process optimization efforts that improved efficiency, stability, and operational continuity. • Collaborated with maintenance, HSE, and engineering teams to uphold asset integrity and process safety standards. • Reinforced Borouge’s safety culture by adhering to and promoting operational excellence and best practices.

Serving on ADNOC’s highest youth-governance body, responsible for guiding the strategic direction and development of more than 24,000 young professionals across HQ, operating companies, and site operations.
