As a loyal senior employee in Bayt.com I was given the responsibility to hire, coach, and confirm candidates for Bayt.com. More importantly I was given the responsibility for handing out tasks, reviewing and approving code for team members. I'm also regularly consulted for code designs and new technologies before their implementation. That's in addition to being handed out big tasks and projects for development while ensuring they are given with great quality and within the acceptable time duration.
