• Developed work plans for 3 HP officers and indirectly supervised the activities of over 30 community health educators (CHEs) on a weekly basis while ensuring that health education services were delivered in the community in a culturally acceptable manner. • Took the lead in the organization of community engagement sessions with community leaders and key stakeholders to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement on MSF activities. • Conducted health education sessions to patients and communities in a culturally acceptable way on specific health topics following medical priorities through the Decentralized Model of Care (DMC). • Implemented activities of health education in churches, hospitals, community-based organizations (CBOs) under the indications and supervision of the health promotion manager. • Handled community health needs assessment related to specific health and living conditions of the population, to identify the most vulnerable populations to target. • Promoted MSF services according to MSF principles, protocols, and standards with the aim of increasing the knowledge of the target population in relation to their health. • Oversaw the collection, cleaning, recording, management, and analysis of data collected from the field while drawing conclusions from findings and presenting reports to the HP manager for onward transmission to the hierarchy. • Took the lead in the development of a blood donation strategy to facilitate the implementation of blood donation/transfusion activities.

• Performed drug tests for the detection of drugs of abuse such as Cocaine, Marijuana, Amphetamines, and Cannabinoids. • Performed group therapy, sports, and recreational activities with psychiatric patients on a weekly basis to facilitate recovery. • Followed up and reporting the progress and improvement of the mental health status of psychiatric patients. • Organized psychosocial education meetings with families of the mentally challenged and prepared patients for reinsertion into the community. • Ran routine analysis on patients’ samples presenting with medical conditions. • Offered psychosocial assistance to individuals affected by the sociopolitical crisis in the NW region.
