Management Student (MGT), graduating this year 2025/2026 from the College of Business Administration. I work voluntarily in the Student Activities Unit, where I am responsible for managing and supervising official college events in coordination with the Student Activities Unit Supervisor, Ms. Ghada Al Shughdali. I sincerely extend my gratitude to the Department of Management and Information Systems and to the College of Business Administration for their kind trust in nominating me and assigning me as the Head of the Unit.

I led the Respired.39 Project within the Project Management course (MGT305), managing all phases of the project. My responsibilities included the following: • Defining the vision and objectives, and developing the project identity. • Designing a comprehensive work plan, timeline, and risk management plan. • Assigning tasks to team members and guiding them to achieve maximum efficiency. • Managing meetings and continuously monitoring team performance. • Overseeing the budget and coordinating with the college and relevant stakeholders. • Organizing the launch day, ensuring the project’s success, and achieving its outcomes. This experience provided me with valuable skills in leadership, strategic planning, and team organization, while enhancing my practical and academic competencies in project management.

Scientific experience gained through participation as a team member in the Vision Systems Technologies Project within the requirements of the Principles of Information Systems course, under the supervision of Dr. Ghada Al-Shughdali. The work involved the following: • Preparing a scientific research paper based on reliable sources within a specified timeframe. • Contributing to the preparation of a detailed report, a research booklet, and a visual identity for the project. • Presenting and discussing the project supported by a demonstrative model and an enrichment board for students. • Showcasing the project at the College of Business Administration’s booth at the Hail Rally Festival 2024, with the efforts of the College Vice Dean, Dr. Sahar Al Busaili. • Receiving documented evaluation for the research from the College Dean, Dr. Ibrahim Al Hamad, and the Head of the Department of Management and Information Systems, Dr. Ibtihal Al Luhaidan.
