• Managing the financial and administrative aspects of government entities through the auditing of outputs to ensure their accuracy and integrity, thereby enhancing the credibility of results and enabling data-driven decision-making. • Providing advisory and guidance support aimed at improving institutional performance and addressing operational and organizational challenges. • Preparing transformation project progress reports to provide a comprehensive overview of progress achieved in comparison to planned objectives. • Analyzing financial data and reports to assess the overall financial position, measure financial efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement or investment redirection. • Auditing financial statements in accordance with standards issued by the Ministry of Finance and correcting items and their values to unify financial statements across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • As part of governance and quality enhancement efforts, periodic employee performance reports are prepared to support better resource management and alignment with strategic objectives.
