• Streamlining and governing planning process for IT projects, ensuring selection of most suitable external resources while adeptly assuring well-structuring of projects and clarity of goals to participate in continuous process improvements. • Efficiently managing budget allocation for projects, optimizing resource utilization. • Providing direct supervision and ensuring the services run perfectly during team shift. • Ensure timely and effective response to network incidents to minimize downtime and impact. • Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments. • Periodically review the SLAs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organizational goals and team capabilities. • Monitoring networks, to keep them stable before they become impacting. • Handling, resolving, and reducing ZATCA network issues and impacts during and after merging GAZT with Saudi customs, which resulted in increasing the number of ZATCA sites by ~300%. • Achieved a lot of achievements during and after the network merging period that reduced the issues and impacts on ZATCA networks.

Provide network support to the MPLS and collaborative services to customers, and resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.

- Provide technical and functional support of the Oracle ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
