Review and evaluate project contracts, procurement requests, and invoices to ensure fiscal compliance and alignment with department policies. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for municipal initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization. Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards for leadership, providing insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams on vendor assessments, contract negotiations, and cost-control initiatives to enhance financial accountability.
