* Program Executive * To manage the contract/program and make sure the all deliverable and term and condition follow the contract. * To issue local order when necessary. * To follow the implementation plan of the contract as according to define procedure. * To inform and update the management on the progress of the contract implementation from time to time. * To manage the risk of the contract. * To manage for budget, actual spending and Cost to End. * To make sure other parties involve in the implementation of the contract prepare the plan of action for monitoring purposes. * To liaise with customer or contractor when necessary. * To negotiate with customer or supplier when necessary. * To make sure all activities during the implementation of the contract follow the ISO procedures and other respective standard. Authority  To ensure item listing in DO & Invoicing is correct, prior to HOD, Finance & COO approved.  To approve certificate of completion of tasks (e.g. training).  To issue local order to other department.
