* AppleCare Support for Education K-12 and University/College * Telephone troubleshoot hardware issues for school computer labs, Powerbook, iMac, iBook, PowerMac systems, * iPods, Applications and System software. * Facilitate repairs, RMA and Dispatch requests. Timely POD Retrieval and distressed shipment resolution

* Responsibilities: * Support for Mainframe Batch and Console operations failures. * Remedy ticket/incident management * Analyze system failure, evaluate batch abends, coordinate programmer on-call resolutions * SHAREPOINT experience * Batch & console operation failure experience like Tivoli Netcool/Webtop. * Monitor SYSPLEX and LPAR Status via HMC * Use BMC Remedy Management Tools for priority incidents management. * Use BMC MainView Console management for zEnterprise * JobTrac Batch Processing for RRC * Zeke Batch processing for TWC * Troubleshoot data center workstations in case of operation failures. * Meet State of Texas customer business requirements within SLA (Service Level Agreement). * Deal with high profile State of Texas customers; coordinate and communicate with them in timely manner. * Escalate with upper management and conference them in case of critical customer problems. * Experience on working 24/7 Environment
