I serve as leadership at the St. Louis Metro Easts most exciting, most innovative, most competitive dealerships- Jack Schmitt Ford of Collinsville. We are entering 8 consecutive years of growth as a company and we have built an amazing team. Personal emphasis on training, coaching and developing (always) along with marketing, growing the footprint, "teeing up" and closing sales. Our group has a profound impact on our local community and the clients we serve as well as taking great care of our teams and making Jack Schmitt Ford a place we are all proud and happy to call home!

I currently oversee teams of Business Development Agents at two separate dealerships: Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln and Jack Schmitt Cadillac. I am responsible for the performance and development of these teams on an ongoing basis. Our agents handle all inbound phone and e-commerce requests regarding the purchasing and servicing of vehicles. While our Business Development Agents work to convert these requests, I continuously work to generate more of these requests through the effective management of Jack Schmitt's digital assets: multiple websites, blogs, social media outlets, SEO content, targeted display ads and other online properties as well as print advertising and other traditional advertising mediums. Our dealerships also have an ambitious grassroots marketing calendar that includes a successful concert series, golf tournaments, new owners nights, and on site events. I work with our management group on the planning, marketing and execution of these events.
