My key responsibilities included: Contract Management: I drafted a wide range of contracts from inception and leveraged Ironclad software for optimal contract management. I managed the entire contract life cycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring all contractual obligations were met. Client Advocacy: I managed client intake processes and provided robust advocacy, consistently ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. I also acted as a key advisor to clients and colleagues on various legal and business matters, including privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Legal Research and Documentation: I conducted thorough legal research and drafted detailed legal documents, enhancing client trust and ensuring accuracy in legal proceedings. Regulatory Compliance: I delivered comprehensive legal services, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and significantly improving clients' operational efficiency. I worked in the Legal Department supporting the development of policy narratives around product development,service delivery,privacy and data protection it being an emerging field in the country.
