* Team Leader – responsible for a team of Designers, Artworkers and Freelancers * Recruitment and training staff where required * Working in conjunction with the Marketing Director and Account Handlers to create designs/artworks to their clients requirements * Working alongside clients in an Account Handlers position * Had the responsibility of negotiating with printers in regards to quoting, booking, delivery and tracking of jobs * Responsible for budgets within the studio department * Successful completion of new brand implementation and integration of new Studio team, produced various designs of my own, as well as artworking followed designs, dealt with printers effectively, saving the company money. Updated the studio, helping the company to streamline its production team

o Responsible for a producing internal/external marketing material for various departments within BT (mainly Home Computing, Devices, Call Centres and Highstreet) o Design and artwork for BT Total Broadband point of sale for the highstreet (brands include Comet, Toys R Us, Jessops, JJB, GAME, HMV and Sony Working in conjunction with various Marketing Managers to create design/artwork to their clients requirements Working alongside Marketing Managers in an Account Handlers position Had the responsibility of negotiating with printers in regards to quoting, booking, delivery and tracking of jobs Part of a team of 4 to bring external costs down for marketing material and printing by producing and sourcing the print internally, in the first year we reduced the costs by nearly half a million pounds. I myself had to compete against various agencies to prove what the internal studio could produce, and successfully bought even more work -house.
