I’ve built my career in the plumbing and heating industry by keeping things simple: solve problems properly, build genuine relationships, and always follow through. Now, as General Manager, my focus is helping lead the business toward sustainable growth while supporting people to perform at their best. With a background in the plumbing and heating industry and a career built around sales, I focus on delivering logical solutions and building strong, genuine relationships. I believe in being dependable and straightforward: if I say I’ll do something, I do it - on time and to a high standard. People tell me I bring energy, commitment, and a sense of humour to what I do. I enjoy working under pressure, adapt quickly when things change, and thrive in a team environment. I'm proud to be someone my colleagues say they can rely on, whether that's hitting targets, solving problems, or just being a steady presence when things get hectic. Having recently stepped into the role of General Manager, my focus has expanded beyond sales into wider business leadership. I now oversee company-wide Profit & Loss as well as being accountable for sales quality, margins, and sustainability. The role also involves contributing to operational, marketing, and commercial decision-making, working closely with the Directors to support the direction and continued development of the business. Leadership, for me, is about supporting people, creating clarity, and helping teams perform at their best while keeping standards high and expectations clear. My approach remains personal. I listen, care about getting things right, and believe in long-term results over quick wins. Over the years, all of that’s helped me build trust with clients and colleagues alike. Outside work, I’m heavily involved in coaching football for young people. That keeps me grounded and gives me a real sense of purpose and achievement. It also sharpens the same skills I value in my professional life: commitment, communication, leadership, patience, and follow-through.
