During my time at Walgreens, I collected information needed to fill prescriptions for patients or health professionals, measured amounts of medication for prescriptions, packaged and labeled prescriptions, organized inventory and alerted pharmacists to any shortages of medications, processed insurance claims, entered customer or patient information, including any prescriptions taken, into the computer system, answered phone calls from customers, established and maintained patient relationships, and arranged for patients to speak with the pharmacist if customers had questions about medications or health matters.

Gathered historical data from various sources, including archives, web-based sources, and books. Analyzed and interpreted historical information to determine its significance. Traced historical developments in particular fields. Wrote papers on various findings and theories. Senior thesis: "The FBI's Use of Counter Intelligence During the Civil Rights Movement."
