FLNG PETRONAS TRAIN 9 Project 🔶 Prepare and issue piping material specifications and requisitions 🔶 Prepare and issue technical evaluation reports for piping material vendor’s proposals 🔶 Check and review vendor documents for piping materials. 🔶 Coordinate and negotiate with clients, vendors and other discipline engineers 🔶 Develop the piping classes for all process and utility systems to compliment the needs of a project 🔶 Compile specifications for fabrication, shop and field testing of piping systems 🔶 Create and maintain all data sheets for process and utility valves 🔶 Create a listing of piping special items / components, such as hose couplings, steam traps and valve interlocks 🔶 Create, specify and maintain data sheets for piping special (SP) items, such that the items can be purchased 🔶 Assist with the assemble of piping bulk material requisitions, defining all relevant documentation / requirements An awareness and understanding of NDT examination methods/ equirements 🔶 Review offers from suppliers and perform a technical bid evaluation of the materials offered 🔶 Make a technical assessments and recommendations when required Post purchase order placement, review and approve supplier documentation for the related piping components Visit the suppliers premises to attend kick-off / alignment meetings, the testing of piping components or clarification meetings 🔶 Liaise with the engineering disciplines: Piping Design, Stress Analysis, Process, Instruments, Static Equipment, Procurement and Material Control 🔶 Liaise with the Lead Piping MTO Engineer regarding the interpretation of the Client’s specifications and standards 🔶 Assist with the preparation of technical work practices to ensure consistent working methods 🔶 Assist and deputise for Lead Materials Engineer in Planning, Progress Reporting, Manpower Loading and general administration activities on a project.

My activities include: 🔶 Support and assist owner FPSO vessel to communicate with the local workers (including: installation problems, fabrication, procedures, and others according to the wishes of owner) 🔶 Observes and ensures construction practices as required for compliance of construction operations/execution with project 🔶 Achieve successful completion of assigned work responsibilities on time for ship repair FPSO, within budget, schedules, and contract requirements. 🔶 Planning, directing, implementing, and managing centralized services for warehouse operations including material handling, receiving, distribution, and physical inventory management. 🔶 Supervising employees; prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring staff are trained; and making hiring, termination and disciplinary recommendations. 🔶 Managing stock control for Facilities, Information Technology, Marketing, and other College departments to include comprehensive parts catalog; asset tagging and tracking; utilization of multiple enterprise resource planning software systems; and cyclical inventory. 🔶 Conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, performing cost analysis, and implementing resolution on inventory discrepancies, dead stock, aged goods, purchasing trends, etc. 🔶 Responding to questions or concerns from the general administration, staff, owner, or subcontractor. 🔶 Lead internal reuse of owner facility and equipment to include evaluation and monitoring of material identified for ship repair FPSO disposal, inventorying and safeguarding retained assets, communication with owner, and assistance with design and distribution of assets. 🔶 Serves as the logistics officer ensuring services, materials, supplies and equipment are disbursed to main store locations in response to an emergency. 🔶 Managing space utilization and storage optimization for efficient use of the warehouse facility.

⚛ Conduct inventory count for all materials equipment and with respect to its category whether new materials or re-furbish materials, leading all incoming re-furbish materials and likewise have it tagged / marked according to the MTO ⚛ Prepare regular material tracking report highlighting all material movement particularly all those materials that were taken out of the yard subject for repair, re-work or refurbishing. ⚛ Finalize all Materials that needed for installation during start project activities and submit to PMT for review and approval, ⚛ Coordinate with our engineering and procurement with respect to Material Take Off of each corresponding di scipline, interface with our BBS Fabrication yard and also our client with respect to all their material Required On Site (ROS). ⚛ Manage and control our BBS warehouse activities, from receiving and inspection, material storage and inventory and up to closing out of existing OS&D report. Also instruct warehouse team to implement to submit daily receiving report for all incoming goods per-day for each respective project. ⚛ Interface with our hook up and commissioning team in terms of their necessary material, tools and consumable needs during start New/Repair project. ⚛ Responsible to generate and develop of MRRP (Material Requirement and Requisition Plan) with MRRP team to determine of (MTO) definition of material, Quantity of material, procurement schedule, monitoring & controlling material status and progress of material. ⚛ Coordinate with material control subcontractor project team (Material Handling and Warehouse) at site project for monitoring and reporting Status of material control plan, status of material, inventory factor, ordering material for project ship repair and new building. Report daily, weekly and monthly up to material closing report, ⚛ Provide surplus and scrap material report to our PMT for their reference as part of final closing out report of the project.

🔶 Checking and Control Input data incoming and outgoing material, 🔶 Checking material for repair and ship building, 🔶 Control Ordering material for project ship repair and new building, 🔶 Controller, Checking , allocation / racking and label indentity material incoming from supplier 🔶 Control Inventory all kinds material for ship building and repairs, 🔶 Controller Material Request and issued material. 🔶 Lead Material & Inventory Management team to provide wide range analysis for more than 70.000 kinds materials valued over 300 MUSD in order to support constantly changing and complex operation in Tughboat, Alumunium Crew boat, Patrol Boat, and repair vessel environment. 🔶 Lead the team to provide accurate evolution stock data, accurate budget forecasting for stock, KPI report & analysis (such as Service Level; Turn Over Ratio; Stock Coverage; Stock Movement; etc). Provide clear & strategic action towards source of bad KPI’s indicator. 🔶 Lead the team to provide detailed & routine MRP analysis (Such as Lead Time; Safety level; Valuation Class; Mini / Maxi; Stock Category; etc) for each kind of TEPI’s inventory to minimize surplus material. 🔶 Lead Physical Inventory Team to achieve 100% counting yearly target in TEPI’s warehouses, satellite store and stock at vendor materials with great accuracy. Analyze & investigate on discrepancies occurred, and provide right tracking and solution on discrepancies issue. 🔶 Lead the team to analyze surplus materials for optimizing (Re-use; transferred to other PSCs; modify; or write off). Provide proper material transfer & write off proposal preparation, documentation, coordination & liaison. 🔶 Inventory Management PIC for audits which are conducted by both internal & external parties (Government / authority Bea & Cukai, Bappedal, Internal audit and etc).

Responsible in : 🔶 Manage and enhance material management system, with reference to NSB issued materials for the construction and installation of various well head platform and other oil and gas process platform, 🔶 Promote and ensure that safety awareness are implemented with reference to QHSE procedure as applicable to all but not limited to material handling and storage process, 🔶 Leading and coordinating all activities of good receiving, good storage, good issuing and material movements inbound and outbound warehouse, 🔶 Arrange and conduct regular physical inventory, review inventory sheet (permanent materials installed, surplus materials, excess materials, etc) to appropriate job sites for client approval, 🔶 Inventory Control on warehousing, open storage arrangement and stock balance updated system improvement, 🔶 Retrieve, secure and document all materials / equipment that will be used for the project, Also responsible to secure all scrap materials/equipment that will be demolish from the unit and update a tracking list likewise. 🔶 Coordinate with Engineering and PMT, respective list of materials and equipment that needs to be refurbish and which items that will be put on scrap. In short this will serve as baseline reference for our actual inventory list, 🔶 Establish, organize and monitor an initial area for impounding all extracted materials that must be secured before it will be categorize and be finally tagged and marked, 🔶 Monitor and supervise material holding area and all scrap. And coordinate actual scrap extracted to PMT and Client prior to proper disposal activities 🔶 Prepare procedure in the disposal of all scrap materials with proper coordination and approval with Client, 🔶 Aside from re-furbish materials also coordinate for new materials for all discipline intended for installation during the process of conversion.

Responsible in : ✓ Provide assistance to Supervisor Material and Construction for the update and control of all required project materials, tools and all consumable items needed for the construction and installation of BOHAI Process Plant (CPP) with Living Quarters (LQ) , ✓ Coordinate with engineering and fabrication team all latest revised MTO for procurement and logistics team reference, ✓ Carry out all warehouse receiving, inspection, storage and Inventory controller activities, ✓ Update and review Material Tracking Report before issue as reference to all concerned project control and engineering disciplines. ✓ Manage and supervise preparation of Hook-Up Commissioning (HUC) materials, tools and all related consumable materials needed for offshore installation works. ✓ Supervise Logistics Team in handling and expediting Custom Clearance of all HUC and ship loose items. ✓ Arrange and conduct regular physical inventory, review inventory sheet (permanent materials installed, surplus materials, excess materials, etc) to appropriate job sites for client approval, ✓ Inventory Control on warehousing, open storage arrangement and stock balance updated system improvement, ✓ Retrieve, secure and document all materials / equipment that will be used for the project, Also responsible to secure all scrap materials/equipment that will be demolish from the unit and update a tracking list likewise. ✓ Coordinate with Engineering and PMT, respective list of materials and equipment that needs to be refurbish and which items that will be put on scrap.
