Plan, execute and assess the training and development of 30 mentors for the SAFE program and led them through various developmental programs to strengthen their leadership, mentoring skills and team building Collaborate with 3 different coordinators to successfully plan and implement programs and events Review and coordinate the mentor interview process Develop and facilitate professional development workshops throughout the year Advocate for and support mentors while they serve in the role Aid in the recruitment and retention of mentees in the program
