While on the Marketing Technology Solutions Team, I've implemented new features in the Mastercard Marketing Center, helped lead the development of the greenfield "Forms As A Service" project and have been an active contributor to the mastercard.com homepage. Outside of my dev work, I've also been leading a team of Engineers since the beginning of 2025. In this capacity, I have been performing short and medium-term planning for dev work and have been running the daily operation of the team.

On the Site Reliability Engineering Team, I develop tools that help others make their infrastructure and apps more resilient in AWS. Prior to my transition to SRE, I worked in Automation and Tooling where I helped modernize legacy apps through CI/CD integrations, code improvements / re-writes and better API documentation. While at State Farm, I've received several commendations and a promotion in my first year.

In my role as a Student Technician in HPC, I helped maintain both the software and hardware of the 100+ node cluster we supported. This included routine sysadmin tasks surrounding software management, user accounts and general tickets. In addition, I developed numerous custom software solutions, and assisted in the teaching of beginner and intermediate level Slurm courses. One solution I developed allowed for the efficient tracking of dependency imports in computational jobs. This solution allowed the team to confidently purge a substantial number of unnecessary libraries from our repos.

During my Internship, I produced a comprehensive report on the feasibility of Function as a Service (FaaS) in on-prem environments via OpenFaaS. My report included cost analyses for OpenFaaS vs. AWS Lambda and numerous code samples for demonstrations in Java, Go, Python and Node.

During my first Internship at Los Alamos National Laboratory, I built a custom web solution for the New Mexico Supercomputing Challenge, which allowed teams of High School students to sign up and assemble teams, upload required documents and showcase their work in the competition, During my second internship, I completed the Computer System, Cluster and Networking Summer Institute where I built and configured an HPC cluster, and subsequently studied the efficacy of OS distribution methods in large-scale Raspberry Pi clusters.

Did live sound engineering for small concerts and musicals, built complex stages, with trussing. Performed routing maintenance and repairs on equipment.
