Member of the IGP Project Management Office at the corporate head office, Direct reporting to VP position, Lead the PMO Area Representatives, Responsible for overseeing governance, planning, and execution across six flagship projects: three mine developments (Bahodopi, Pomalaa, and Sorowako Limonite) and three HPAL (High Pressure Acid Leach) processing projects (Bahodopi, Pomalaa, and Sorowako). Together, these initiatives represent a total capital expenditure more than USD 8 billion, positioning them among the most significant investments in the company’s portfolio.

Project Control & Commercial Supervisor (Plan & Cost) - Commercial at PT Merdeka Mining Servis, the subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk., which engaged in mining services assisting mining business activities on the exploration and future production of gold, silver, copper & other related minerals. 1. Engaging in data evaluation & maintain financial data; 2. Project planning & scheduling; 3. Take ownership of proposal budgets, project commitment and actuals; 4. Review on requisitions / PO; 5. Review contract T&C; 6. Project commitments & invoices; 7. Project proposal & change request generation on assestment system inc. expediting to approval; 8. Project reporting inline w/ EVM (Earned Value Management) consist of schedule, s-curve, rates, cost report, etc; 9. Invoicing and collections (User & Vendor); 10. Expediting & facillitating weekly timesheets ang equipment hours meter for all projects and departements; 11. Forecasting the actual and rebaseline project cost & schedule; 12. Provide cost report and its review considering OPEX & CAPEX. 13. Provide and maintain CAPEX Budget Forecast. Subordinate: 1. Project Control 2. Cost Control 3. Material Control 4. Warehouse Team 5. - Provide overall project schedule, estimating and progress measurement. - Develop and maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedures - Analyze trends, prepare forecasts, opportunities and vulnerabilities - Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for project manager. - Enforce actual project data collection and weekly accurate estimates. - Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance - Plan for high risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct duration estimated tasks - Participate in kick-offs and ongoing meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirements - Manage claimable item list and contribute negotiations on claims, change orders and other contractual/commercial issues - Delay analysis & EOT claim Handling 4 projects: 1. Interconnecting Piperacks (RDMP-PIL006-01) 2. Jetty Sulphur (RDMP-CV018) 3. Cooling Water System & Its Supporting Building (RDMP-CV010) 4. Waste Water Treatment Plant, Spent Caustic & Incinerator (RDMP-CV011)

- Arranging Project Work Schedule on Ms Project, and breaking it down to both weekly and monthly Work Plan so that it could be monitored. - Providing Work Method Statements, making sure that it fulfills the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards and efficient for workers. Work Method Statements are sometimes presented to Client and Construction Management Consultant too - accordant to its importance. - Making sure that the Shop-drawings are accordant to the scope of works, applicable and handed to the Field Operational Team on time. - Providing Temporary Structural Calculation if needed - Providing lifting calculation if needed - Coordinating with Stakeholders (Client and Construction Management Consultant) if any Technical Issues come up along the way. - Manage subcontractor & handling construction

- Arranging Project Work Schedule on Ms Project, and breaking it down to both weekly and monthly Work Plan so that it could be monitored. - Providing Work Method Statements, making sure that it fulfills the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards and efficient for workers. Youths from ASEAN countries gather in Bangkok, Thailand, for the Dream ASEAN Media Youth Camp which will be held from 12-15 December 2017. The youth camp is one of the projects to commemorate the ASEAN 50th Anniversary under the Sub-Committee of Information. The project aims to promote a better understanding of ASEAN Community development among youth; provide a platform for the youth to collaborate in creating and producing materials representing their ideas and the creativity of their Dream ASEAN through online communication, and engage and empower the youth to be a part or another channel of ASEAN promotion. At the camp, the participants will be involved in group activities, and educational sessions, in developing Dream ASEAN visions and materials. The outputs will be presented in the form of media materials created by the participants.
