Gerhard Leonhard Dunstheimer

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have worked as an international real estate professional in various areas of project development and investment management. As a Founding Partner at SPLICE Real Estate and NOORDKANT Partners, I have initiated and successfully implemented numerous innovative projects together with interdisciplinary teams. My focus is on the identification and realization of investment opportunities, the development of sustainable real estate projects and strategic consulting. In my most recent role as COO of the FÜRST project, I am involved in the realization of one of the most important urban quarters in Berlin. My professional background includes senior positions in international companies as well as extensive experience in managing revitalization projects and transforming urban spaces. My passion lies in creating spaces that offer sustainable added value for investors, users and the urban community.
