* My duties include management of the staff,bookings and planning of labour control. * Maintaning great quest relations and managing the smooth day to day operations of the premises * I'm driven and work pro- actively to increase sales. * I have built strong relationship with new and existing customers and I remain a strong team player to help support my staff

I'm responsible for managing the staff and prioritising tasks accordingly to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and task are completed to the highest of standards. I also take care of the daily sales for two busy restaurants in the hotel,alongside the manager. I'm often faced with problem - solving task and feel that I'm able to overcome them calmly and confidently whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

* My duties included management of client’s face -to-face and on a computer database. I dealt with client’s requests to find living accommodation from start to finish and used my own initiative to source clients from various social media platforms. * I proactively and efficiently managed my time and marketed properties accordingly via Facebook to maximize my chances of letting a property. * I collated feedback from clients of mine and my colleagues to ensure I was helping to recognise where we could improve as team and provide the best customer service. * On a daily basis I was expected to use my negotiating skills to help clients and the owners of properties come to an agreement. * I used my strengthened sales skills to help close deals effectively and reach and often exceeded my targets.

Duties included managing staff rosters, payrolls and stock level checks whilst ensuring customers were kept fully satisfied. It was a great chance to strengthen my skills.
