Short-Term assignments based in IOM's Regional Office in Dakar, Senegal. Lead the regional transition to IOM enterprise system MiMOSA, recording all information of assistance provided to beneficiaries. Activities included a business requirements analysis for the region and its 12 countries, demonstrations of features and reporting, regional transition strategy, and presentations at headquarters and the regional offices. Field visits included: Senegal, Niger, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Libya, Tunisia, Kenia, Djibouti, and Ethiopia. In close coordination with headquarters in Switzerland and the ICT team in the Philippines. Results: detailed business requirements analysis and planning, expedited development of a mobile application, regional transition strategy – including a training plan that was successfully executed training 12 Trainers and over 200 staff in 2,5 months.
