Global Sustainability Costa Rica is an organization that was created to help the regional organizations better address their corporate social responsibility efforts by undergoing impact projects that will create long lasting effects in the target communities. GSCR provides guidance in social impact projects which engulf the participation of local communities, it targets specific needs for different groups, and provides a sustainable approach to the development and continuity of these projects.

I am the Career and College Counselor, Academic Advisor for all high school students, the AP Coordinator, Social Impact Lead, National Honor Society Advisor.

FMTV works in the areas of sustainable development, social impact, education, technology, orange and circular economies, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I have participated in different projects regarding orange economy, environmental impact, and social innovation. Currently, we are working on intelligent bee hotels, a refuge center in the northern part of Costa Rica, indigenous women empowerment through a program using Precious Plastics, and a project with local governments regarding green intelligent cities. FMTV is constantly working with the government and with the private sector in many fields which deal with environmental impact, sustainability, social impact, entrepreneurship, circular economy, and other sectors. FMTV is currently working in projects alongside the International Organization for Migration (UN), the Refuge Project, The Embassy of the Netherlands, Caretakers of the Environment International, and many other public, private, and civil institutions.

I work with high school students preparing them and their profile for international college applications. I aid in the process of finding the right path for undergraduate and graduate studies. I provide support for the taking of SAT, ACT, TOEFL, etc. Per semester, I set up international university fairs that come to GVS and scout our students. I help the students set up a competitive resume along with the activities that may give them an edge when applying to universities. I manage any extension that the students may have with international universities. In the Innovation Lab, I help coordinate the workshops given to students, the projects that the students are working on as well as any R n D that the students may be doing. I also assist the students in the use of the maker space equipment, hand tools, development boards, coding, and the entrepreneurship program. As a teacher, I work with the IB Diploma, teaching Business Management.

Taught the courses on Electric Analogue Circuits, Engineering Design, Physics, Metallurgy. I handled international students comming in for internships in the area of mechatronics.

Este programa resulta imprescindible para todo aquel profesional que necesite actuar dentro y fuera de su empresa, según el principio de la sostenibilidad de los recursos empleados. De esta manera, la Maestría en Gestión y Auditorías Ambientales proporciona los conocimientos necesarios para tomar la decisión más oportuna en todo momento en base a criterios ecológicos, económicos y sociales.

El Máster en Energías Renovables que aquí se presenta proporciona una visión integral de la aplicación de este tipo de energías al abarcar, no tan sólo las particularidades de las formas limpias de energía en el contexto del marco energético actual, sino también sus implicaciones en el fenómeno del cambio climático, en la elaboración de estudios de impacto ambiental y, finalmente, en lo que respecta a su inclusión en un sistema de gestión empresarial normalizado como la ISO 14001.
