Lead the implementation of maintenance plans and strategies the truck and ancillary equipment fleet , according to standards and BHP Billiton HSEC, in order to maximize the reliability, availability and performance of the equipment 250 equipment ( Trucks, Ancilliary), aprox. 1200 person (Company and Contractors).

Responsible to define and implement maintenance strategies that can be interpreted into maintenance plans and schedules that deliver high equipment reliability To improve the overall equipment reliability and availability by applying root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies to analyse the cause and losses resulting from equipment failures and incidents and subsequently developing recommended solutions

Responsible to supervise and monitor the strict implementation of the less elimination processes and development of mining equipment strategy Define and coordinate condition monitoring of critical components and equipment of the Mine Maintenance.
