I am passionate about providing quality support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. As Operations Manager in a busy, non-profit, charitable organisation, staff welfare, development and retention are some of my top priorities, and are integral to providing quality support for vulnerable people. With the responsibilities of a registered manager, CQC inspections and Local Authority contract quality accountability is fundamental to ensuring quality service provision and value for public money. Managing TUPE transfers of staff teams and transforming services from inadequate to good with outstanding elements, evidenced during CQC Inspections both demonstrates my effective leadership and change management skills.
