I have a Higher Diploma in Design and Visual Communications from the Hong Kong Design Institute, which enables me to apply my design skills and knowledge to create appealing and effective visual displays for ZARA's stores. I have also worked as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where I learned the importance of customer service, teamwork, and sales performance. As a Visual Merchandiser, I contribute to ZARA's mission of delivering fast, affordable, and high-quality fashion to customers around the world.
