I develop and oversee customer retention campaign while participating and improving in-house brand promotions by selling promotional items with different artwork that we create to entice customers demand. I am also engage with minimum 30 customers per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects within two days. Nevertheless, I learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to move forward with the production. Lastly, I manage budget and hit or exceed monthly quota as established by Account Management Supervisor.
