• Formed and detailed the Telco Cloud program, plans for implementation of virtual and cloud-native network functions and applications on top of the common virtualization infrastructure (Telco Cloud). • Establishment of the Competence Center for Network Virtualization Infrastructure, recruitment of additional experts for the Telco Cloud implementation. • Led the solution architecture development, technical requirements preparation and selection of HW/SW components (including OpenStack and Kubernetes distributives) for the Telco Cloud. • A prototype of the solution was integrated, the Telco Cloud and the first planned Virtual Network Function (VNF) and Containerized Network Function (CNF) were successfully tested. • Operation process for Telco Cloud has been prepared and agreed. • A search of alternative freeware sustainable components for Telco Cloud was carried out. The modified solution has been integrated, tested, and is being prepared for operation.

• Organized and structured the collection of demands, forecasting and preparation of tendering for network solutions (Core, TN, RAN) and IT infra to ensure the rollout and network development. Preparation and approval of technical requirements for tenders. • Implemented the process of regular review of Tenders status and addressing of corrective measures in case of open issues and deviations. • Responsible for preparing and conducting complex and strategic Tenders for network and IT solutions, including tenders for combined 5G and vEPC Core, IMS/VoLTE/VoWiFi, x86 servers • Led strategic projects related to implementation of complex technical solutions with involvement and contribution from multiple functional departments (e.g. ngCore, VoLTE/VoWiFi).
