• Led key department projects with cross-functional teams as a project manager for financial results announcement season and successfully delivered Interim and Annual Reports, ESG Reports, earnings calls, and other media/investor relations events. • Took on a lead role in a media monitoring and social media enhancement project, and developed a holistic strategy and a targeted approach for the company's social media platforms to expand the company’s online presence. • Organized and executed corporate CSR events, fostering community engagement and driving positive social impact.

Responsibilities included collecting, entering, and analyzing data, drafting and translating research reports and press releases. • Contributed to the C-for-Chinese@JC project which aims at improving the non-Chinese speaking (NCS) ethnic minority (EM) students for Chinese proficiency and Chinese students for social competence.
