As the Founder of ARVRA, I’m on a mission to make wellness more accessible, less overwhelming, and genuinely for everyone, helping people build strength from the inside out. My own wellbeing journey hasn’t been easy, and it’s exactly why I created ARVRA. I didn’t want to build something only designed for the “top 5%” - the people with endless time, money, knowledge, and motivation already invested in their health. I wanted to remove the privilege from wellbeing and create something that feels realistic, supportive, and achievable — a toolkit that meets people where they are, and helps them feel better step by step. Because we all deserve to feel well.
