* Entry point for both Watson/Sales Builder for Windows SBFW and Catalog quote requests and other related requests * Main point of contact on the configurations and quotations (customer points of contact, sales and internal departments) * Identifies specific requests and engages the appropriate teams to complete request (sales, presales, pricing, engineering, SC, OM) * Assumes request ownership and proactive follow-up until completion of request with all internal departments involved * Ensure only approved prices are reflected in the official customer quotation * Manages commit date and provide visibility/transparency of request status (proactive communication) * Ability to prioritize requests based on critical, business impact and customer satisfaction.

* Designing enterprise solutions that meet the required customer needs. * Providing Dell's Enterprise portfolio expertise. * Being responsible for selling a defined set of products and services. * Acting as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives. * Staying up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings. * Assisting in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team.
