- Taking responsibility for the co-ordination of the recruitment process for large volumes of candidates from first interview to verbal offer - Managing and prioritising candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth running and timely process - Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers - Raising complex purchase orders for agencies and search firms - Liaising with external agencies - Managing interview logistics ie booking rooms, managing permissions for candidates to enter the buildings - Preparing and sending candidate preparation material on time

- Providing tailored support to enable individuals to achieve and sustain new employment. - Progressively manage a large caseload of referred participants using a variety of appropriate strategies to help them overcome barriers to gaining employment. - Facilitate a range of assessments with each individual, using a suite of tools, to fully understand a customer’s personal circumstances, ambitions and goals. - Co-produce personalized tailored Action Plans to enable positive and timely progression for clients. - Provide tailored support in all aspects of job-search and interview preparation to ensure that customers are matched to the right job that enables them to sustain employment. - Actively participate in, and promote Prevent and the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

- Calling customers and booking appointments, taking inbound calls from job centres and problem solving, as well as completing and approving admin tasks. Competent in software such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and using various phone systems. - Working on the NEA contract, speaking to many different people, gaining experience communicating with people of many different backgrounds and helping them into the steps of self- employment.
