As Operations Director, I oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring all team members have the resources they need to effectively manage their projects. I conduct monthly forecasts to monitor budget adherence and adjust resources as necessary. In this role, I also handle recruiting by interviewing and hiring new team members when required. I manage and update operational processes to align with best practices, ensuring the team stays informed about any changes. I successfully maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation and lead sales efforts, onboarding new clients and partnerships. Additionally, I manage technical tasks such as DNS configuration and email administration for clients, and I actively contribute to advising on design and development initiatives.

In 2020, I was promoted to Studio Manager. Alongside project management, my responsibilities expanded to overseeing the schedule and project pipeline, assigning tasks to the appropriate teams, and ensuring everyone had the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently. During this time, I also successfully implemented processes that led to us achieving ISO 9001 certification, which I continue to manage and maintain annually.

I started as a Project Coordinator in 2019, managing website projects through every phase and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. My responsibilities also included general administrative tasks such as maintaining our internal portal system and handling monthly client invoicing to ensure smooth project operations.

As a Business Manager at ICS Electronics, I was responsible for overseeing financial operations, sales, and customer service. I successfully implemented a new website for online sales, which significantly broadened our market reach. My role also involved managing payroll and bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial operations.

In my interim role at The Original Draping Company, I focused on business development while acquiring practical skills in event draping and logistics. I successfully managed both outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, contributing to the company’s growth.

In my role at The Crown Inn, I effectively managed team schedules and stock levels while spearheading the development of a wedding package. This initiative not only enhanced our service offerings but also significantly boosted our event revenue. My responsibilities included training staff to ensure high service standards and maintaining operational excellence in a busy pub environment.

At Bijou, I managed the daily operations and logistics of wedding events, ensuring exceptional service and a well-maintained venue. My role involved overseeing a small maintenance team and coordinating a larger group of freelance staff on wedding days.
