Being the Commercial Director of Agropolychim AD, one of the well-known producers and suppliers of fertilizers in Europe, is a challenge I took up not long ago. Then again, my experience with the company dates 12 years back and each project, meeting, negotiation, and contract through the years has shaped the vision of the market that I have today. The fertilizers markets are being transformed and we all should be paying attention and moving from the old ways to the new days with innovation, decarbonization and sustainable development thereof. I am glad to be sharing my vision with the forward thinkers that my fellow managers and partners are, and to be seeing proof that a company in Bulgaria could set an example. Last year, Agropolychim AD received the first ever full cargo for Europe of blue Ammonia and produced Ammonium nitrate with a low carbon footprint for our customers. This is only one of many “blue” projects that I, as a Commercial director, would take pride in initiating or facilitating. As a Comercial director, I have a passion and skilled understanding of market dynamics and business negotiations. In the spirit of sustainability, I am motivated to offer to our customers not only uninterrupted supplies of fertilizers today, but also the products that would help them grow a couple of years from now.
