This was a new role for JT Packard which focused on development of relationshipos at the highest levels in target companies to promote JT Packard services from the top down. JT Packard mainly used telesales staff contacting lower levels of companies in a "Bottom up" approach.

Syphony Data was a Business Process Outsourcing company to the Healthcare & Health Insurance industry. I Developed marketing and sales plans and established relationships Symphony Data had opertaions in the USA nd India. Syphany Data was purchased by STI in February 2005.

Brought back to manage global relationship and business of AOL Time Warner. Directly oversaw implementation of of Oversaw SITEL's first offshore cusomer processing center. This was a joint venture with TATA, Located in Mumbai, India, this operation grew from nothing to a staff of over 1300 in a state of the art facility receiving calls, chat and e-mail from USA and Europe providing ATW customers with technical support, billing, customer service, customer retention and customer acquisition services.

Directed marketing of parent company and 5 divisions. $1M+ budget and managed team of eight. Chorus received buyout offer and began soliciting bids and was eventually purchased by TDS in 2001.

Includes positions at Software Publishing Corp. (SPC, 1989 - 1994) and Softmart (1994-1997) which purchased the Technical Services division of SPC and was purchasd by SITEL is 1997. Included roles as Director of Strategic Accounts (1998), Director of Marketing (1997), Services Product Manager ( 1994-1996) and Sr. Product Support Representative (1989 - 1994)
